100% cotton -- filling, fabric, and thread. Fabric is a mix of new and vintage. Fabrics have been pre-washed. Machine washable. line dry, dry flat, or machine dry. Try to keep out of direct sunlight as some fabrics may fade.

This quilt follows the American tradition of "utility quilts." It is sturdy and meant to be both decorative and warm. It is made mostly from scraps and the construction and design are relatively simple. The back is pieced as well. The wide variety of fabrics used allows for a great deal of possible play in use of color, contrast and visual texture, thus bringing much more complexity to the overall design.
